Why Choose Rimmington Building Design & Consultancy?

Rimmington Building Design & Consultancy offer a new perspective and approach to the provision of architecture and construction:

All too often the design looks good but can it really be built? And to budget? Through our extensive knowledge of the building design process and our willingness to collaborate at the outset with professionals such as regulatory bodies and builders, we believe we can guide you through the development and innovation of the design informatively. Rimmington Building Design & Consultancy will discuss, negotiate and design out uncertainty at the outset and be your mentor and personal guide throughout the planning, design and construction phases.

We work on a simple fee basis, hours worked, or on an agreed quotation basis so that you can budget for our advice and services at any stage of the project as you wish. Projects are rarely ‘9 to 5’ so we are happy to discuss your project and provide support either during normal working hours or in the evenings and weekends at your convenience.

Rimmington Building Design & Consultancy Ltd. is a CIAT practice. As professionals, we have Chartered Architectural Technologists (MCIAT), Fellow Members of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and full Member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM).
